Guest Speaker:  Jessica Kok

Jessica Kok will be the speaker for this event. She calls Illinois home but lived most of her childhood in Minnesota. Courtesy of the U.S. military, she has lived in South Korea and all over the U.S. with her husband, André, and their 3 children. She graduated from Dordt University and the University of Alabama where she obtained her master’s degree in social work. Before having children, Jessica worked for the Social Security Administration and since having children has learned all the ways to pretend that her offspring are shorter than she is. Jessica was raised in the Christian Reformed Church, but has been a member of the PCA for most of her adult life and is currently a member of Center Grove Presbyterian. Being part of many churches through the years has grown Jessica’s perspective of what it means to be part of a covenant family. You will regularly find Jessica with a sewing machine or cookie decorating supplies at the ready, a cup of coffee in hand, and always with a pair of sunglasses on top of her head.
